We are looking for a Recruiter with amazing experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring the best people..
Who you are:
Obsessive about creating the best candidate experience.
Innovative. You are constantly looking for ways to improve our recruiting process and you have the best solutions for us
Fun. You’re charismatic, you talk to anyone and you have a lot of energy to make things happen
Warrior. You aim to do things 10 times better than we do today
Analytic. You’re very familiar with HR indicators and the positive impact tracking these brings to HR area
Communication. You have excellent verbal and writen communication skills
What you will do:
Recruit the best people for our business and operational areas (analytics, business consultant, finance, business development, communication, credit and formalization)
Create pipelines while making each candidate feel like they’re the only one you’re talking with
Source nd attract candidates using social media and inovative recruiting platforms
Develop and update job descriptions
Conduct interview processes and filter candidates for open positions
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Develop and analyse recruiting metrics
Requisitos:
Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Recruiter
Degree from recognized university
Advanced English
